The client is the Social Development department of the government, located in Hammanskraal. The department operates out of a facility with numerous offices and areas where staff work on various social development initiatives. Prior to the installation of air conditioning units, the department faced challenges in maintaining a cool and comfortable environment within their offices, impacting working conditions and staff comfort. Addressing this issue was essential to ensure a conducive working environment for staff and to support the department’s operations in serving the community effectively.

A key challenge of the project was the need to install 20 air conditioning units without causing disruptions to the department’s ongoing activities.
